I'd write something super specific and descriptive about this cheese for you, but to be honest, I'm not a fan of horseradish. But apparently this is some pretty good horseradish cheddar. I've heard it described like "it won't burn your eyes or crack the back of your throat, but it's got a nice cool breath to it." (whatever that means).
It's probably really good on anything that you'd put horseradish on. I did a google search and the internet said it's good for making cheese balls, cheesy muffins/biscuits, sandwiches, fondue, and potatoes.
